If you talk about your best asset being your people you'd better
make sure you are looking after them... and be seen to do so.
Pensions are a hard sell in anyone's book, but when it comes to selling
them to an internal audience of young employees well, like we say...
a hard sell.
Church attacked the audience on a number of fronts. An unbranded
teaser campaign that talked about the hard facts. A branded information
campaign that talked about enjoying what you do today, tomorrow too.
And, finally, a compelling call to action.
Result? Afterwork won the 2004 IPR award for Best
Internal Communication and Barclays achieved a 68% response rate. |
